Quiet, comfortable, and built for fiber installation work

Dur-A-Lift’s fiber splicing aerial lift is designed to give crews a comfortable, efficient workspace while supporting aerial work and fiber installation from one integrated platform.

Built to keep fiber crews moving

Designed to support fiber crews with a comfortable workspace, integrated aerial operation, and all-day productivity

Dur-A-Lift’s fiber splicing aerial lift combines a climate-controlled splicing lab with an integrated E-Drive aerial system, creating a purpose-built solution for telecom crews and fiber installation work.

Fiber installation crews need more than just transportation to the jobsite. They need a dependable workspace that keeps crews comfortable, equipment powered, and operations moving efficiently throughout the day.

Dur-A-Lift’s new fiber splicing aerial lift combines a climate-controlled splicing lab with an integrated E-Drive aerial system to create a unique solution built specifically for the demands of telecom and fiber installation work.

Unlike traditional setups that rely heavily on generators, this system offers a quieter and more efficient approach by powering both the aerial lift and the splicing lab through an integrated lithium battery system.

The result is a cleaner, quieter work environment with reduced vibration and fewer interruptions during the workday.

Integrated E-drive power system

This setup pairs Dur-A-Lift’s E-Drive system with the splicing body to provide power for both the aerial and the workspace itself.

The standard package comes equipped with three lithium battery packs, with optional additional capacity available for longer operating times.

Benefits include:

  • Quiet operation without constant generator noise
  • Reduced vibration inside the work area
  • Ability to operate the aerial with the chassis turned off
  • Shore power charging capability
  • Optional generator availability for additional flexibility
  • All-in-one power solution for both the body and aerial lift

The standard package includes multiple lithium battery packs with additional battery capacity available for longer runtime needs.

For many applications, crews can operate throughout the workday without relying on a generator, creating a more comfortable environment for both operators and surrounding neighborhoods.

The insulated composite interior provides a spacious, comfortable workspace with plenty of headroom for crews working long hours in changing weather conditions.

Built for comfortable, productive workdays

The INTELLI-CORE composite splicing body was designed around the needs of fiber crews working in changing weather conditions and long jobsite hours.

Multiple charging ports and 120V outlets provide convenient access to power both inside and outside the splicing body.

Features include:

  • Fully insulated composite floor, walls, and roof
  • Spacious interior workspace
  • High-efficiency heating and cooling system
  • Composite cabinetry and durable work surfaces
  • Interior and exterior LED lighting
  • Multiple charging ports and 120V outlets
  • Walk-in rear door access

The insulated composite construction helps maintain interior temperatures while improving efficiency for heating and cooling systems.

Upper and lower proportional CAN bus controls provide smooth, responsive aerial operation from both the platform and ground controls.

Smooth, advanced aerial operation

The aerial system itself features proportional CAN bus controls and electrically powered operation designed to provide smooth, responsive performance in the field.

Highlights include:

  • Proportional controls for precise movement
  • Simplified CAN bus wiring system
  • DC-powered aerial operation
  • Reduced hydraulic and electrical complexity
  • Available insulated and non-insulated aerial options

The integrated design helps create a streamlined solution tailored for telecom and fiber installation applications.

A modern solution for fiber installation crews

From residential neighborhoods to large-scale broadband expansion projects, fiber crews are looking for equipment that improves comfort, reduces unnecessary noise, and supports productive workdays.

By combining a climate-controlled splicing lab with an integrated E-Drive aerial system, Dur-A-Lift offers a unique solution designed specifically for the evolving needs of the fiber installation industry.

For crews spending long hours inside a splicing lab, quiet operation, reduced vibration, and a comfortable workspace can make a major difference day after day.
