Dur-A-Lift’s DTA2 Series Aerial Lift with a Splicer Lab body features a telescopic articulating aerial lift providing 42 feet of working height. Designed with a spacious, climate-controlled Intelli-Core body, it offers a fully functional splicer lab environment for telecom crews. Intelli-Core structural composite body features fully insulated R11 floors, R9 walls, and a R15 roof—ensuring comfort and efficiency in all conditions. Power comes from the 51V EDrive System, featuring three 5.1 kWh lithium battery packs and a 4kW continuous (9kW peak) inverter. The system is complemented by a new proportional CAN bus control system for precise, variable machine function. Interior amenities include a 15K BTU air conditioner with heat pump, 1500W electric heater, perimeter LED lighting inside and out, multiple 110V outlets, USB charge ports, and a Bluetooth app-controlled switching system. Options include cable entry doors, additional outlets, beacon and strobe lights, and modular cabinetry layouts. This model is shown on a Ford F550 Diesel 4×4 chassis (19,500 GVWR, 7,500 GAWR front axle) with Intelli-Core body construction and fully welded aluminum sub-frame. The DTA2S-35PC is engineered for both high-reach access and a dependable mobile splicing workspace.
